What is Black Seed Oil?

Black seed oil is an oil derived by pressing the seeds of the Nigella sativa plant. The seeds are also commonly referred to as black seed, black cumin or habbatussauda in Arabic and jintan hitam in Malay.. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT (1999-2010)

I was a diabetic patient since 1990 and my sugar level was 29, my bp was 180/140 and gout 540. I have been taking regular hospital medication of allopurinol, metformin, glicizide and captopril. When I went to Egypt in 1999 I ran out of medicine and began looking for alternatives and began taking habbatussauda regularly. Upon returning from Egypt I continue the hospital medication alongside the habbatussauda (HBS). I never followed doctor advice of reducing sugar, read meat and seafood intake. Thanks to the HBS constant intake my ailments began reducing and currently mu bp is 110/80 and sugar level around 6. Gout level have gone down below 400. My general health improves, I am feeling young and look younger (according to many). I have the capacity of young man in and out. My body weight reduces from 98 to 70 kg without any exercises and sexual life is good. I started supplying the HBS to relatives and my 78 yrs old mother is very active after regularly ]on the HBS so is my sisters and relatives. 3. For those above 41 years old please take 1 small spoon or 1/2 tea spoon daily.

4. Those with ailment have to take 1 small spoon twice daily on empty stomach also.

5. Those with several ailments have to take 1 small spoon 3x daily on empty stomach

6. Those with cancer problems must take 1 teaspoon 3x daily minimum of 1 year.

7. Take extra tea spoon before sleeping with your partner (both is to take) one hour before main action.
